Billy Graham remains one of the most recognizable Christian evangelists of the modern era, but there is a much wider world of preaching and Bible teaching available to anyone who wants to grow in Scripture, theology, discipleship, prayer, evangelism, and Christian living.
The preachers and teachers below represent different styles and emphases. Some are evangelists, some are pastors, some are theologians, and some are remembered through ministries that continue to preserve their sermons. Their traditions and theological emphases are not identical, so the most important standard remains Scripture itself.

Where Should You Start?
If you are coming directly from Billy Graham’s sermons, Adrian Rogers and Charles Stanley are natural places to begin. Tony Evans and David Jeremiah provide large libraries of practical preaching. J. Vernon McGee is especially useful for a book-by-book journey through Scripture, while R.C. Sproul and John Piper offer deeper theological teaching.
For older sermon archives, Martyn Lloyd-Jones and A.W. Tozer provide a connection to an earlier generation of evangelical preaching. Tim Keller often addresses Christianity in conversation with modern culture and doubt, while Paul Washer’s preaching strongly emphasizes repentance, holiness, and the Gospel.
Listen — But Keep Your Bible Open
No preacher should replace Scripture. Christians can learn from pastors and teachers while still testing what they hear against the Word of God.
“These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.”
Acts 17:11 (KJV)
Different preachers may emphasize different doctrines, traditions, or applications. Listening widely can be useful, but Scripture remains the standard by which every sermon and teaching should be examined.
